Sub :Proposals are inviting from publishers for nursing textbooks

 

The Indian Nursing Council has taken giant strides and revised the syllabus for all nursing programmes. As well, it is observed that there is dearth of Indian textbooks for student’s reference based on new syllabus. The foreign textbooks do not adequately represent Indian cultural and demographic scenarios. Hence, it was the felt need of Nurse educatiors, Students and the council to write the nursing textbooks.

Therefore the council has taken the initiative to provide a forum for the faculty to author text book.

In this view, proposals are inviting from publishers. Apply before 31st Aug 09
