Indirani is promoted by Ramachandra Educational Trust to promote Education of all types and grades among the people in rural areas.

Ramachandra Educational Trust was established in the year 1999 by Mr.B. Ramachandhiran, Mrs.R. Radha and Mrs.B. Indirani.

Mr.B. Ramachandhiran is a successful industrialist and a missionary. Mrs.R. Radha is a social worker. Mrs. Indirani is a freedom fighter. The purpose of starting B.Sc. Degree course in Nursing is to train and develop nursing personnel with scientific background in order to render service effectively and to meet the challenges in Indian and International scenario.

The object of the trust is to establish, maintain and administer educational institutions, imparting general education, technical education, medical education, nursing courses, dental courses, catering institute, etc. and to render service effectively and efficiently in order to meet the challenges in Indian and International Scenario.
