Mannai Narayanasamy School of Nursing is an institution started in the academic year 1999 2000 in the name and fond memory of Former Minister of Tamilnadu Late.Mannai.P. Narayanasamy with an annual intake of 20 students and it is duly approved by Govt. of Tamil Nadu G.O. Ms No. 437/98 health and family welfare (PME) dated 04-08-1998 and Nursing Council Order No : 436 / NC/1999 dated    27/10/1999 and INC Order No  : 02 / March / 2006 dated 18-03-2006, New Delhi.

Our school    is equipped with all the infrastructural facilities according to the Indian Nursing  Council norms and guidelines.  Now we have proposed to start B.Sc (Nsg) with effect from the 2009-10 academic sessions G.O. Ms No. 210/2008 Health & Family Welfare(PME) Dept Dated
2-7-2008  and there are also plans to start Nursing  Assistant    course conducted by the Backward class welfare Department of  Tamilnadu Govt.
