Madurai Apollo College of Nursing inaugurated 24.06.10, and offer B.Sc.Nursing Degree Course a newly nurtured Unit of Apollo Hospital Education Trust, Chennai. The college is located in K.K.Nagar, heart of the Madurai city 4 kms away from Madurai Railway station and 1km away from Matuthavani bus stand.

Apollo, as it stands today, is the realization of the dreams of its Dynamic Chairman Padmabhusan Dr. Prathap. C. Reddy who established the first corporate hospital in India in 1983. What began as a dream to provide medical excellence to the millions of Indians who perished simply because essential medical care was not available in India, turned out to be a saga of success later, he extended his purview to the educational sector, the onus being on holistic preparation of nurses. Hence, the Apollo Hospitals Educational Trust was started in 1996, with the twin objective of education and manpower development.
