The Sacred Heart College of Nursing is a Christian Minority Institution run by the Society of the Sacred Heart Leprosy Centre, Sakkottai belonging to the Diocese of Kumbakonam. It is situated  in the Campus of the Sacred Heart Hospital whish is spread out in an area of 35 acres of land. In a natural environment, the College and the Hospital are situated by the side of Karaikkal Main Road, in Muthaiapillaimandapam in the village of Sakkottai, Kumbakonam Taluk, Tanjore Dt., Tamilnadu. The Nursing College is equipped with all infrastructure facilities, Hostel, a College Bus, parent Hospital, Tie-up Hospital, Community Health Centre etc.
