The contribution of south India especially Tamilnadu is appreciable as the migration of technical persons such as Skilled assistants, Technicians, Nurses, Doctors, Scientists and Engineers is high. Under the context of globalisation, most of the leading foreign MNCs are interested in starting business in India especially in South India.

             The Educational Policy of India also encourages the growth of Medical Institutions in the country. Hence, there is a very good demand for the qualified and quality Nurses of fresh in nature among the public and private sectors including overseas.

          Having on the above concept in the vision, SREE SASTHA COLLEGE OF NURSING has started under the aegis of A.M. Kanniappa Mudaliar and A.M.K Jambulinga Mudaliar Educational Trust, a well known Educational and Industrial group at Vellore as well as at Chennai  in Tamilnadu.

The Chairman of the institution is Dr. A.M.K. Jambulingam Mudaliar, a well known business magnet and a Philanthrophist.  The very motto of our Chairman is to provide quality education at a reasonable cost. He views the education as "The process of learning which is extremely important in life. What you learn, how you learn and where you learn plays a crucial role in developing ones intellectual capability, besides career" The institution is running under his experienced and industrious leadership.

Our Vice Chairman Prof. J. Karthikeyan is basically an Engineer with master's degree in Business Administration. His dynamism and enthusiasm leads the institution to achieve the goal of destining Sree Sastha College of Engineering as a centre of excellence in engineering education. He is also running Flour Mills and Leather Industries at Vellore. His personal supervision and guidance on overall Technical and HRD related matters strengthen our Educational System of the Institution.

Our Secretary Thiru G. Gopinarayanan is a dedicated person for the development of our Institution.
