Sri Ramachandra School and College of Nursing is located in an exclusive three storied building with all infrastructure required to impart full spectrum of nursing education.
Sri Ramachandra School of Nursing was started on 23rd July 1993 with an annual intake of 20. The annual intake has been increased to 60, since 2007.

Sri Ramachandra College of Nursing is one of the nine constituent colleges of Sri Ramachandra University. Its philosophy is drawn from the vision of Shri.N.P.V.Ramasamy Udayar, our Founder - Chancellor with the mission of preparing competent, committed and compassionate nurses to care for the mankind
Sri Ramachandra College of Nursing was started on 27th December 1993 with B.Sc. Nursing (Basic) course, with an annual intake of 50 students and has been increased to 100 since 2007. M.Sc. Nursing course was commenced on 11th October 1999 with an annual intake of 14 students and has been increased to 30 since 2008. B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic) course was commenced on 29th November 2002 with an annual intake of 15 students and has been increased to 30 since 2007. The University also registers candidates for Ph.D. in Faculty of Nursing, for both part time and full time.

Each curriculum is being governed by the regulations of the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives council, Chennai and also academic Senate of SRU.
