Our College has fully pledged and successfully completed nine years of professional service in the field of nursing education. The College was budded with B.Sc(N) programme in the year 1998 with a G.O of the Government of Tamil Nadu and the program is started in the year of 1999. The College is affiliated to the Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and recognised by The Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai and Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi. When it was full pledged we have started PG programme under four higher specialties (ie) Medical Surgical Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Maternity Nursing and Community Health Nursing in the year 2006. We have minority rights, so we can admit 50% of students as management quota.
We have opened first floor of New building to meet the Government, University and Councils norms. Now administrative block building is under construction. We hope that by the Grace of Lord God almighty and guidance of our beloved Bishop and office bearers we will be dedicating the month April. |
