Registration Particulars for Basic B.Sc., Nursing:-
Obtain two application forms by sending a demand
draft for Rs.20/- drawn in favour of Registrar, Tamil
Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai-4- or by
Challan from this Council.
Further the candidate has to submit/send the following:-
1.
Application form - 2 filled form
2.
Transfer Certificate (Xerox) - 2 Nos.
3.
Higher Secondary Mark Sheet (Xerox) - 2
Nos.
4.
Original Degree Certificate with Two Xerox
copy
5.
Original Course Completion Certificate
(Joining date, Month, Year and Completion date,month and
year should be mentioned (Xerox) - 2 Nos.
6.
Registration fee of Rs.780/- (Rupees
Seven Hundred and Eighty only) by means of a Demand Draft
from any nationalized Bank, drawn in favour of Registrar,
Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai-4 or by
Challan from this Council. (Demand Draft should be payable
at Chennai)
