Register your qualification in the concern
state where you have trained. Subsequently registering your
qualification once again in other state within India where you
would like to practice nursing/higher education.
Obtain application form by sending a demand draft for Rs.10/-
drawn in favour of Registrar, Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives
Council, Chennai-4- or by Challan from this Council
Further
the candidate has to submit/send the following:-

One Filled Application Form..
2.
Copy of S.S.L.C/ book front page or Transfer
Certificate. (One Xerox Copy)
3.
Copy of S.S.L.C./10th Mark Sheet or +2
Mark Sheet(One Xerox Copy)
4.
Copy of ANM Registration Certificate (One
Xerox Copy)
5.
Original Diploma Certificate of Health
Visitor Diploma Certificate with One Xerox Copy
6.
Original HV other state Registration Certificate
with one Xerox Copy.
7.
Registration fee of a sum of
Rs.390/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Ninety Only)by means
of a Demand draft drawn in favour of Registrar, Tamil
Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai-4 or by Challan
from this Council. (Demand Draft should be payable at
Chennai)
8.
If there is renewal system followed candidate
should renew their Registration Certificate with concerned
state Nursing Council.
